CORE DBT Skills Group is designed to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it when the pressure is on. Our goal is to make the gold standard tools of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) accessible, practical, and actually usable in your day-to-day life.

Program Details
Places are limited to 10 participants per group
CORE DBT would like to acknowledge that we live and work on the unceded land of the First Nations peoples. CORE DBT is based in Naarn on Wurundjeri Country of the Kulin Nation.
